]]>The salvage scheme and operation were offered by the Shanghai Salvage Bureau, and multiple innovative techniques and salvage technologies were adopted during the project with key salvage equipment developed and supplied by Chinese enterprises.
As an important part in the salvage scheme, the late-model salvage buoyancy airbag made of QuanCles? high strength membrane greatly relieved the operating load of ship hoisting, and more importantly, guaranteed the hull balance in the salvage process, which was particularly required by the South Korean government.
QuanCles? high strength membrane is light and strong. Salvage Buoyancy Airbag made of QuanCles? weighs only 1/10 of traditional rubber airbag and it has smaller size, which can be operated in the ship cabin and by only one diver, that is why Shanghai Salvage Bureau chose QuanCles? to perform the mission. Ultra-high tensile strength, tearing strength and bursting strength of QuanCles? helps airbags survived the high pressure from both inside and outside in sea water and constant abrasion from ship cabin. Its excellent properties of corrosion resistance and low temperature resistance kept its performance during the one year’s soaking in deep sea water.
After 29 hours of salvage operation, part of the hull of “SEWOL” rose to the surface eventually, still remaining the appearance of side sunk. As an important part to ensure the balanced hosting, QuanCles? fulfilled its mission perfectly, and at the same time, showed the power of China’s industrial technology.

]]>本次打撈方案及作業(yè)由中國(guó)交通運(yùn)輸部上海打撈局提供,方案設(shè)計(jì)采用了多種創(chuàng)新性技術(shù)及施工工藝,關(guān)鍵打撈設(shè)備由中國(guó)企業(yè)研發(fā)提供。
由北京量子天地新材料科技有限公司的海格隆?高強(qiáng)膜材制成的新型浮力氣囊作為打撈設(shè)計(jì)方案中的重要環(huán)節(jié),大大減輕了船體起吊的工作負(fù)荷,保證了打撈過(guò)程中的船體平衡。
